Ford Recommended Maintenance

Every 20,000 miles, you should bring your Ford to Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Lewisville for service. Our technicians will replace the cabin air filter if your Ford is equipped with one; they will also change the oil and rotate the tires. In addition, our technicians will inspect and lubricate all non-sealed steering linkage, ball joints, suspension joints, driveshafts, and u-joints. Finally, they will inspect a number of systems that include the cooling system and hoses, the exhaust system, the brake system, and more.

In addition to everything that makes up the 20,000-mile service, our technicians will also inspect the steering linkage, ball joints, suspension, tie rod ends, and more. If these are equipped with grease fittings, they will lubricate them.

At 60,000 miles, your Ford will require the same services as it did for the 30,000-mile maintenance interval.

In addition to everything included in the 30,000-mile maintenance, your Ford will require additional services at 100,000 miles. These include replacing the spark plugs and changing the engine coolant.

At 150,000 miles, your Ford will require the services included in the 30,000-mile maintenance, as well as extra services like changing the coolant and replacing accessory drive belts (if they have not been replaced within the last 100,000 miles).
